1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Verification

Account Security

All activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a fully verified gt333 account in good standing.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per shared device, and per payment account. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using separate accounts constitute a breach of the one-account rule in Section 3.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in the wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus hunting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, connection failure, server error, or any other technical fault that affects a game or betting market, gt333 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and to return stakes to players' wallets. gt333 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control. 7 Prohibited Conduct

Players using the gt333 platform must conduct themselves lawfully, honestly, and in a manner that does not harm other players, gt333, or the integrity of the games and markets offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on gt333, whether in your own name or using false, assumed, or third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the gt333 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the gt333 platform, its software, its databases, or its network infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live table, or other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal play conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error must be reported to gt333 immediately; failure to do so is a breach of these Terms.
• Charging back any deposit made to gt333 via a card or payment provider. Chargebacks are treated as potential fraud and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing offensive, defamatory, threatening, or illegal content via any communication feature on the platform, including live chat interfaces.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, if gt333 has identified and communicated that restriction to users from that jurisdiction.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

gt333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request from gt333.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or the player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player holds another active, suspended, or previously closed account on gt333.
• The player's own request to close the account, including voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to cease servicing the player's account.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the wallet (excluding bonus funds and any balance linked to a pending fraud investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-incomplete bonus balances are forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason for closure.

Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the gt333 support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are implemented immediately upon verification of the player's identity. Once a self-exclusion period has been activated, gt333 will not accept requests to reopen the account before the exclusion period has elapsed.
